I can't find the particular product/size I am looking for

Not all of our products are available to buy online. This may be due to the item being more complicated to order (e.g. upholstery - where we need to discuss sizes, etc with you). If you cannot see the item that you require, please contact our customer services department on 01543 670077 and they will take your order over the phone.

 

I need more information about a product

On each product page you will find a description of the product including sizing and colour details, as well as any specific pointers that we can give to help you select the right product. If you do need any additional information, please contact us at customerservices@rgklife.com

 

Can I still buy these items over the phone?

Yes, you can still buy all items shown on our online shop over the phone. However, items bought over the phone will be charged at the standard RRP (Recommended Retail Price). The special online prices will not be applicable.

 

What happens if I order an item which is out of stock?

If you order an item which we do not have in stock, we will contact you in the first instance to inform you of this, along with an approximate due date. You can then decide if you wish to wait for the item to come into stock, change it for something else or cancel the item off your order.

If you decide to wait for the item and it is part of a larger order, you can decide whether you want us to despatch all the items together when the outstanding one comes into stock, or send all in-stock items in one delivery and send the outstanding item in a separate delivery.
