Problems with the site
My login details/password don't work
If you have forgotten your password, click on Forgotten Password at the Login screen. Enter your username, then click on Send Me My Password. Your password will be e-mailed to your account e-mail address. If you wish, once you have logged in to your account, you can change your password in the Edit Account Details section.
If you have forgotten your username, you will need to e-mail us at ............ to gain access to your account.

Your operating system (e.g. Windows 7, Windows XP, Mac OS X)
Your internet browser (e.g. Internet Explorer 8, Firefox 4)
The URL of the page where the message occurred (e.g. http://www.rgklife.com/shop/index.php?todo= )
When the problem occurred (date/approximate time)
Any error message displayed (if possible, copy and paste the message)
