How much is your delivery charge?

Our standard carriage charge is £7.45 (+VAT) to deliver to most parts of the UK. If you order over £100 worth of goods, your delivery may be free to certain parts of Mainland UK.

Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Jersey or Guernsey, delivery cost will be, £25.00 (+VAT)

 If you have one of the following postcodes, delivery cost will be, £20.00 (+VAT)

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Once the goods have been despatched to our courier, they should normally arrive with you within 48-72 hours. We will inform you by e-mail when the goods have left us. Please note that we do not deliver on a weekend.

 

Which courier do you use?

We use Interlink Express and Royal Mail Special Delivery.

 

Can I have goods delivered to someone/somewhere else?

Yes. Once you have registered with us, you are able to add addresses to your account in the Edit Account section. You should always add your billing address (the address the card you are paying with is registered to). You can also add alternative shipping addresses here. Alternatively, once you have proceeded to the checkout, you are given the opportunity to choose a delivery address from those already provided or add a new one.

Unfortunately we cannot change the delivery address once the order has been placed, so please check before placing your order.

 

What if nobody is in to sign for my delivery?

If your goods are being delivered by Interlink Express, a card will be left to let you know that they have tried to deliver. You can call the number provided on the Interlink Express calling card and either arrange for it to be redelivered or you can collect it from your local depot. If you do not contact Interlink Express regarding your delivery, your goods will be returned to RGK. If this happens, we will have to charge you the carriage fee again to re-deliver the goods.

If your goods are being delivered by Royal Mail Special Delivery, a card will be left to inform you that they have tried to deliver. The card will inform you as to whether you need to collect the goods from your local post office, or it may provide a number for you to call to arrange a re-delivery.

 

Do you deliver outside of the UK?

Currently RGK Wheelchairs can only accept online orders from within the UK. If you wish to place an order from outside of the UK, please contact the dealer for your country - click here for details.
