One
of the founder partners of RGK,
Russel has been involved since
day one. Having a lot of experience
in small business, Russel brings
a wealth of management experience
to the organisation. A paraplegic
since 1984 and long term wheelchair
basketball player, Russel has
first hand experience of RGK's
bespoke chairs. His aim is to
see RGK continue to evolve into
a market leading position in
the field of bespoke wheelchair
manufacture.

Greg
is the other founder partner
of RGK. He has come from a varied
working background, including
manufacture, purchasing, production
engineering and even sports
development. A paraplegic since
1980, Greg was a long time member
of the Great Britain Wheelchair
Basketball Team. Greg oversee's
the research and development
programme at RGK and heads up
the production team.
