What I like about my profession/sport: Archery is a sport that is very disability friendly and I love the combination of mental as well as physical ability
In my spare time I like to: Read and do anything arts and crafts
My proudest moment: Being selected to go to the Paralympic Games and represent Great Britain. I am also very proud of representing Wales on the able bodied team, which I have done for over 10 consecutive years
Did you know: I once had a hamster who lived until he was 5 years old!

Best advice on how to succeed: Be determined and don't give in easily. It's not always easy to achieve your dreams but I believe that perseverance will always pay off. Don't give in and always believe in yourself
