"We first met up in 1985, playing wheelchair basketball. At that time, you generally had to make do with the same chair for sport as the one you used for daily life. We were both really frustrated by that. So we decided to do something about it - and set up RGK to produce well designed and competitively priced sports chairs. It wasn't long before we got into lightweight, good looking, well fitting and well supported chairs for everyday life too. Twenty three years, 17,000 individual wheelchairs and a forty-strong workforce later, we still love what we do - and we're still passionate about pushing the boundaries."
